Founded by Captain Tom Gibb, a retired U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer, GIBB LLC brings decades of expertise in engineering, project management, and federal contracting. As a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Captain Gibb has extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)-based procurements for professional services, design, construction, and maintenance projects.
